Dividends

MONETA Money Bank, a.s. reminds its shareholders, to whom the dividend for relevant business year was paid by MONETA Money Bank, a.s. and whose dividend payment was subject 35% Czech withholding tax, that they may request Komerční banka, a.s. (authorised by MONETA Money Bank, a.s. to make the dividend payments) to refund the relevant part of the withholding tax if Czech and international law requirements are met. The withholding tax refund request together with declaration of beneficial ownership and tax domicile must be delivered to Komerční banka, a.s., no later than below specified “Deadline to submit withholding tax refund request“.
